How we doing AF growers, i just started to germ 3 fem beans and this is the only soil i have access to.

Perlite and bonemeal are the only other things in my shed at the moment, also have some epsom salts. Should i add in some bonemeal? i wont be transplanting these as they are going into big pots right away, i always find my fan leaves yellowing off too quickly with auto's as the soil i use hasn't got any important secondary nutes in,
is there anything i should run out to grab tommorow to add to my mix that will help me mantain those leaves?
thanks for any help chaps.

Hey there. That isn't soil, it's compost. You can't grow in that. Look for something else like Promix or Sunshine mix, or Plagrons light and all mix. You need something with little to nutrients and none of that slow release crap either. That will stunt and burn your plants. Don't add that meal at the beginning if you're starting your seed in there. The perlite is good to add for better aeration.

As for the yellowing you need nutrients and proper ph levels, especially ph. Without proper ph it doesn't matter what nutes you use, it won't help. The yellowing you're referring to sounds like calcium/magnesium. You can feed with bottled cal/mag additives or use a few tsp per gallon of un-sulfured molasses and epsom salt.

if you can homedepot has kellogs organic soil i have had good luck with it it does have som worm casting and bat guano in it but iv been germanating in it and not had a problem at all

I can't grow in this no? .. I have always grown in this dirt with succes, this will be my 10th time using it and have never had a crop go bad, like i said , i don't have acces to any of the brands you mentioned. this is it, my only problem is fan leaves dying too early.
for nutes i have bio grow and bio bloom, however i don't use the bio grow, i use a product called baby bio ( 10.6 - 4.4 - 1.7). Also PK booster 9/18 along with blackstrap mollases... and i have a ph kit.

this girl seems happy enough in the dirt , wouldn't you say ?

baby bio is not the same as bio grow does bio mix with bloom ok and does it have a complete spectrum of minerals

If shes healthy why are you asking the Q

jesus i don't know why i'm wasting my time

i have said i struggle with fan leaves later on in grows, therefor i'm looking at adding some things to my dirt to aid in this problem. i want to keep my leaves green to the end.
i know baby bio isn't the same ? ...

no worries , i'l head to a site where someone might try and help, and squid . 2700 posts and from what i saw in your grow , you have bigger issues than me sunshine!

PEACE

Well you need a complete N favored fert like biogrow or fish mix that would keep you leafs green

Your wasting our time when some one has mentioned the reason your plants are yellowing is because your potting mix is sub standard then you try and out them with look my plants are healthy have some respect we are not paid to sort out your mistakes

bone meal is not N heavy its P heavy like the bloom you have

First off, you can f--- off. I was only trying to help. I wasn't saying you physically cannot grow in it. I can grow in the corner of my toilet if I really wanted to. It says compost, you're posting and asking questions because you're having problems. One of these is because yes, your medium isn't great. Good day, jerk.
