New Grower soil, nutrients advice

just looking for some advice on soil and nutrients, i wanted to go organic, u know save the planet and all that, but mostly cause where i live its extremly hard to get send to me and the dhl man is my very nosey neighbour. any advice would be helpful
my soil mix is:
perlite for airation
fish blood and bone meal for nitrogen
egg shells powered for calcium
baby cereal for trace vit and minerals
steralised sand for drainage
see weed kelp for ?
moss peat soil conditioner
home made compost, leaf mould, veg peel ect, well composted
shop bought soil.

has anyone any advice.

can anyone answer if you build your soil do you still have to add nutrients??

cheers, will try orchid food, wont hold much hope for the garden centre its 30 miles from me and last time i was there i asked for steralised sand, shop bought soil and bamboo sticks and was told to come back in spring
