Hello, all.
I am about to start a new grow and the first 6 seeds will be in the soil as soon as they arrive and the rest will be put in around the first of next month. I ordered Automazar and Think Different.
I found a soil today I really want to test out. It have a light feeding and no timerelease. It seems perfect for auto`s. The first six will go into the soil mixed with regular sand (I know, I know - it takes time to get perlite) and the remaining 15 will go with soil and perlite.
The problem is: The soil has a PH of 5.8. Anything I can do about this? I want to keep the soil around 6.5 give or take a little. Would the soil get a higher PH if I flush it or will the soil keep the 5.8 even if you put in higher PHed water?
I am lost on this one. The soil is called gardening soil and was around 80 something percent organic.
