New Grower smells advice needed

right im growing 3 lr2s and a bubba kush in my garage in a grow box im a month in i have a 4inch bathroom extractor that vents out the back of my garage i have neighbours to both sides but not at the back my closesest neighbour is sound a good friend u cant smell them at all from the front of my garage only for a few seconds when i open the garage door. my question is will the smell get much worse ? its about 5 degrees here in the day and down to 0 at night i have no probs with temps is a carbon filter nessasary ?thanks again

The bubba will get pungent in the last couple weeks of flower. Never grow LR2 so i can't help you there.

I generally assume better safe than sorry, only takes once to fuck up.

Yea I grew lowryder 2 last grow inside. Definately the strongest smell I've grown. I was using a cheap carbon filter but you might want to look into an ionizer setup

I agree with Bailer,
I tried to get around using the carbon filter in my box, but was not successful, that "damn skunk" just kept marking the outbuilding.
So I trapped that bastard with a carbon filter and I can relax a whole lot more now.
The only skunk smell I get now is when I open the grow box and that dissipates pretty quickly.

Yes, the smell is going to get worse as they get older. Carbon filters are practically a must and aren't that expensive. You can pick up a 4" one for $50. Well worth it for security and peace of mind.
