Slow growing sweetseed cbd

So I’m 7 and 5 days on 2 seedlings both in soil with perlite
Light 20/4 off
Viparspectra p600 led light at 20” dimmed to 75%
7L square pots
Using plain water not over watering
I’ve grown in the past this is the first few years so feeling like it’s all learning again I’m just shocked how slow the growing is nothing seems to be happening up top should I be worrying cheers

Looks ok to me man. They're green and healthy looking. Doesn't seem to be much perlite but should be grand. I say a large dose of patience will do the trick

Thanks for the confidence boost I was a little concerned I used to grow in coco years back and there’s perlite in there not sure how much
I will try be more patient thanks for the positive thoughts

They look good, but I'd get some water in that coco. You're gonna have a tough time getting it to take water when you do start watering being that dry.
