Strains are peyote critical,green crack, gg#4x white widow they are 21 days old. The only thing different that I’ve done is spray with neem oil for IPM a few days ago. They will be transplanted today. They are in 1 gal with 
OF. under 4 qb96 200 watts total 29 inches. Watered with 6.5 ph. Temp 81 RH65%. Have watered with recharge and kelp 4 or 5 times. I’m thinking maybe the neem did it? Or maybe time to transplant? They have been in the one gal for just over a week. They are drooping from needing watered I’ve been holding off for transplanting
