Are my plants staring pre flower early ? I’m a full on paranoid new grower so if it’s a stupid question I apologise but are these pistols ? showing sex ? If so Dosent that mean pre flower ? If it does does that mean these are destined to be small yeilders ? I’m confused as I haven’t started feeding yet just watering. ?

No, it doesn't even look like they're showing sex yet, let alone flowering.

Pistils (stigmas, really) have a distinctly white, fuzzy appearance. I only see little green bits, which are normal and appear well before showing sex.

The earliest I've had autos show sex was 13 days from sprout, I think, and there was still at least a week between that and actually starting flowering.

Nope, no sign of sex is being shown. Those are the beginnings of new branches.
Plants look super healthy

Oh, anduh....:welcome: to AFN brother!! The greatest collection of growers and information to be found on the whole interweb :welcome:

@parsing_trees Yeah those little green bits are what I was referring too haha I know Now tho thanks for the reply though, I can’t delete this thread now for some reason but After spending a hour looking up the anatomy of a canna plant I now know that these are called stipules and there purpose is unknown but are thought to protect new leaves. I’ll keep this thread on here for the next dumb grower who Dosent know like myself. Knowledge is power. Thanks bro
