Hey folks, first grow here. Plants are 18 and 15 days old. Im wondering what yall think about if/how I should start training these.

My thought is that I would tie down the four side branches on the Muchachas and FS, and for SNxPP I would tie the stem down horizontal.

Hi Hog looking good man! I’m very interested in LST topics for my next run so I’m replying to get notifications when they reply lol.

Haha, nice. I just went down to attempt some LST, but I also took about 150mg of RSO that just started kicking in. So, I abandoned that plan in favor of just staring at them for awhile, lol.

Heyy, I would only top at 4th node when a plant shows that she is growing rapid and healthy, if it's growing average I would just LST them.

Looking at your babies I think they would do better if they were LST after a week or so :)
Thanks! I figured that topping was probably not a good idea. I gave them enough trouble with overwatering and windburn their first couple weeks. I'll give them more time and then start some LST. Appreciate the advice!

On this auto Blue Amnesia, I waited for a mature 4th node (day 19) then removed popcorn producing growth under 3 and began Lst. I use to top my autos, but only Lst now, because I get a 1-2oz. increase in yield. It's all grower preference. Good luck.

Thanks for your input. I'll take it into consideration

Not very large for 15-18 days. Wouldn't worry about topping these. But you can always lst the taller ones. You just don't want the leaves laying on the soil. Binder clips work great with fabric bags. Anchor one side at the base of the plant at the soil line and the bend then over in the total opposite direction. It'll bend down and start to grow straight back up on a day or 2

Thanks, I figured topping wouldn't be a good idea or necessary at this point. Im feeling more like I should just let them grow naturally this first time through, except maybe the Strawberry Nuggets x pink Panama. Appreciate everybody's input, this would be a lot harder without yall!
