New Grower Should I flush?

Hi guys.

Firstly this group/forum have been a massive help and a sort of grow Google. Learn loads and am still learning. Good to get different opinions and amazing how everyone chips in to help.

I'm coming towards the end of my first grow an it's been amazing experience. Watching something grow from seed turning into something I love. I basically got sick of paying for shit smoke and getting ripped. So decided to do it for personal.I'm doing AP(amphetamine) auto to start as I've heard it's good for beginners. Will eventually start hydro and photos but just want to get some basics squared away.

I'm using

Jardin DS120 grow tent
Biobizz allmix 12 litre pots
Biobizz grow, bloom
600w hps
18-6
Rhino RVK fan and carbon filter
Bedroom humidifier
3 speed oscillating fan

Today she is 39 days from seed and I've just spotted the first amber trichomes this morning. Ive read different things on when to flush regarding trichomes but all seem to vary.

I've got 3 plants of the same strain 3 weeks behind so been using 'Cherry' as the sort of Guinea pig which has helped as I messed up with the nutes at the start.

I'm guessing I should have flushed a little sooner?

Any information woukd be appreciated muchly.

Your plant looks wonderful, really impressive for your first grow. Sorry I can't answer your question, but someone will come along and lay down the wisdom!

Dude are you thinkig of pistiles maybeee...There is no way (and im not expert but i stand behind this sratement) that any can get amber trichomes at 39 day from seed..

No mate I've had the loupe on her. Been milky for at least a week.

Cheers guys. Its a fast strain. I thought I got my dates muddled but checked the calender an yeah she's 39 days. They reckon it finishes at 45.

First grow I did (big buddha super auto sativa) finished in 55 days with Amber trichs.

Nice smooth smoke.

As far as clear/cloudy/amber, here is a good post I've recently come across that seems to line up with what my biology knowledge is.

Now, how exactly the ruderalis being added back in changes the way they grow CBD/CBN, it's beyond me until i get more knowledge.
But I'd assume it's about the same.
(again, I am with you, I'm not as "up" on things as some. Just passing along other info to a fellow AFN mate )
