If it were me I would flush. I don't see any amber but they look cloudy and some strains don't amber up much especially sativa don strains. If you wait tell you have close to the amber in the tricomes your looking for your too late anyways. One thing I have found that works better for me is a long gentle flush instead of a hard core, strip the soil of every thing 1 week before harvest flush. I now believe in a light flush 1 1/2 week before harvest or about 10 days. Usually this is at day 65. I use to take a pot and run it in the bath tub for a while and then put a couple of gallons of bottled water to flush out the city water I ran through the pot 1 week before harvest but with the way I grow now just flushing the pot so I get about 1/2 gallon of run off or about tell the run off starts to clean up and is not a dark tan/yellow any more about 10 days before harvest seams to give me better results. I have stronger smell and flavor and it is still smooth.
