She's developed all kind of scary signs, but I'm trying to narrow it down to a few possible causes.

I'm thinking it's possibly a Cal Mag issue; yellowing within the veins and slightly red stems. I watered her with Mega Crop and Recharge without pH';ing and that's what set her off, but she's been getting worse and worse. I gave her just water and silica about 12 hours ago and she's still steadily getting worse. Is it possible to recover from this?

too much N?
I had some plants that looked like this, thought at first i had RH issues. in the end, in my case, it ended up being far too many nutes in the soil the plant couldnt handle.

I would consider a heavy flush. To help her dry afterwards you can place a towel under the fabric pot that can soak up the excess water. You may need to turn or switch the towel once it gets soaked up with water.

I suspect the soil pH is off, multiple symptoms in play here from lock-out,... Unless you have a good soil pH probe, you're going to have to do a flush, and test the run-off for pH, and ppm if you can... MC has a high N content for blooming, it's something many users have found out and now use a PK booster to lower MC inputs and up the P,.. tons of K in their line-up, so no worry there,..
What's the dosage, frequency of feeds?

It's mostly just been water and Recharge with a dash of silica. It's Happy Frog soil, so I thought I'd get by. Should I start her off at 2 g/gal of MC in my next feed? I was hoping to avoid flushing, so I've just been giving her water and Recharge. She seems to be perking up.

Ah! well then, that's different,... feed ASAP, HF is a lighter soil by no menas is it a "water only" soil,... FF soils are dubious to begin with, trust me,...OF is crap, plain and simple, #1 problem soil i see in here... Roots Organics Original is decent, readily available usually,.. King's Mix (Royal Gold, mainly a coco brand) is a true soil, coco based in part, very light but great performing... Soil is pretty much you get what you pay for... FF swag is cheap, for a reason!

I was going to feed her, but my ph meter began malfunctioning. The manufacturer is sending me a new one and I ordered some 4.01 ph calibration solution, but they're arriving on Friday. I'll have wait until Saturday or so; I gave her 450 mL of water/Recharge on 4/1 and that means I'll probably have to wait 3 days.

Mephisto Seeds in particular seem to dislike Fox Farms soils. If I didn't hate the idea of watering daily, I'd go coco. I considered RO Original soil, but it says it has coco in it. Would I have to water it daily?

No, coco is a common component to true soil, like peat is... by itself, it's soilless as is peat based ProMix. the difference is in all the other componets that go into it to make a true soil....
Again, feed a mild dose ASAP, don't wait....
Doesn't matter who the breeder is, auto's are very diverse in their demands and tolerances strain to strain, even pheno to pheno... The problem is with suspect soil, and not checking the in-pot pH frequently... You'll need a good soil pH probe for that; the Accurate 8 (CPW) is a nice unit!

I had to delay feeding her because my ph meter and reference solution were coming in the mail. I found out that I my ph'ing was probably way off the entire time. I ph'd the stuff patiently and gave it to her, and I used two ph meters so I'm confident it's at least 6.15 ph.
