I purchased 7 superskunk autos from what i assumed was one of the more reliable places.

3 never germed, 2 died after reaching a couple of inches and the other 2 are males?

Did you buy direct or through a third party. Have you contacted them with your results?
Until you have gone through the complaints process you should not name them, but if
you have been fobbed off by a duff outfit, then let us know who is to blame so that we can avoid them.
SSC have a good reputation to my knowledge.

Mate that sucks, who did you purchase through?

I got them from a local head shop in north london called Skunkworks, they were in the Sensi Seed box, sealed. I cannot say anything to the shop as in the UK they are sold as 'collectors" items, any advice or discussion is frowned upon.
oh well i will put it down to experience, i doubt that senis seeds will reimburse me, i was just curious as to how often this happens? at £8 a seed not too often i hope!

Too right. I could not agree more. You can't spend over £50.00 and just shrug it off. I couldn't anyway. Complain to the shop and to Sensi. Mention the adverse publicity they may get from the forums and I bet you they will bend over backwards to put things right. If Sensi are the good company I think they are, they will be unhappy that you have had a bad experience and put it right. Not so sure about the Headshop, but its worth a try.
Please do let us know the outcome of this as we need to know how the companies react to complaints. Thanks bruv and good luck. eP

I stopped buying from sensi in 1998 after my second rip-off from them, they sold me 300 early skunks and only 40 were early skunks the rest were something that never flowered outside at all. I was in amsterdam and went direct to the seed shop, they had 3 packs in the store, and they said if I come back the next day they would have the rest... Well it looks like they didnt want to lose the sale and sold me crap. My first bad experience was a year before when I tried ruderalis skunk...and I couldnt tell you how bad that turned out. It was like leaf buds.

That sounds like very bad business. But that was 16 years ago. To be fair, lets see how they react now. It may well be that the leopard has not changed its spots, but we should wait and see. I hope for our guys sake they have changed. If not we can learn from your chaps misfortunes.

There are sites online now that track ratings of these companies, and from what I read, Sensi is in the top 5. Give
Sensi a fair shake, THEY didn't sell them to you!

You see anyone growing there early skunk...no...and it wont harvest in sept....They were once at the top of the game for sure. They sold them direct to me and ripped me off, so why the hell would I ever recommend them. That would be dishonest. To bad they didnt know that someday there would be forums and bad deals and rippoffs would come back to haunt them.

They go to the extent to prepackage seeds in tamper proof, so males should just be excused right? or maybe they can explain it by "old age" has turned the fem seeds male?
