Seedsman White Widow auto, day 7 stunted??

i've stunted one of them before but i think it was because of poor soil and wrong ph.

but now i seem to be doing everything right and growth still seems slow...

ph is at 6.0 (cannot change that)
light 24/0
120w (need more money to buy a better one)
around 20cm to plant

this is the stunted one day 22 but still growing

Hard to tell what your medium is but 6.0 PH is probably your primary issue....if you've not overwatered or over nuted. Perhaps post in infirmary section for more info.
