sbest auto seeds for uk that people have used and how long did they take to grow etc amd how many ounces did u gain per plant ?

Hello Mary Jane this is a very very broad question. So many strains and they all perform different for each setup. Pot size, light schedule, medium ,nutes, and many other things all go into an answer that can vary for your question.
Do you have a plan yet for your grow. I can help ya a lot more if ya do if not ide say find yourself a strain from royal queen seeds. They are strong genetics. I have grown 3 of there plants that finished anywhere from 70 to 90 days and yielded 70 to 130 grams

thankyou so much, no i don not really have a plan as this will be my first grow i have a 3x3 tent .600w light a fan and extractor and was planning on 20 hrs on per day ....also im struggling on when to know when to feed the plants and how etc
also pot size i would start as big as possible not to big just to avoid having to change
