i just went to check on my baby's this morning and two out of the four are slightly slumping over..im on day 7 out of the soil, and im not sure if its the fan blowing in their direction, or watering, or what..as far as watering, i saturated the soil before planting, then on day 4 i used a turkey baster, and spread a half gallon of water with root booster over the 4 combined. other than that, the soils top 2 inches feel dry, but under that, its still pretty moist. As far as the fan, it doesnt blow directly on them, just enough to make the slightly "wiggle". and one plant is slumping toward the fan, the other is away..so that cant be it, right? any suggestions?

:2cents:sounds like to much water. i feed seedlings a teaspoon at a time for two weeks.:peace:

really? too much water? i was thinking the opposite..like i said the soil a few inches from the surface is moist at best!

well i put a teaspoon of water directly at the base of the seedling and increase to two or three teaspoons over two weeks, yes i have activated the large pot soil pryor to trans planting but only used about a quart of water over four plants, first time, my buckets are 4gal 12"by12"by12" :peace:

Even though you have 4gal pots with a small seedling the entire pot should be moist. If that tap root reaches a dry spot it going to wilt.Dig down away from the seedling and see where your at with moisture, two or three tsps of water is like farting in the wind they wont do enough to water the soil down where the taproot is.

namvet, this is how they come out my way DSC_0034.jpg:peace:
