Hello! There wasn't much info to go off of, but based on my eye test and experience I'd say this is an iron deficiency. Are you feeding any micro nutes?

Sorry man I’m biobizz lightmix soil under a 17w t4 fluorescent temps kept over 20 degrees, didn’t have the issue with same seeds started in final large pot so not sure why it’s happening. I haven’t fed anything at all just water and it was yellow less than 10 days it’s 13 days now.

Thanks for the info! Every little bit helps..
I'm still sticking with iron.. Especially for a 13 day old seedling in solo cup of biobizz light, that hasn't been fed yet. I can understand how you wouldn't notice the same issue when using the bigger, final pot. There were more nutrients available to make use of in a bigger pot. The soil in that solo cup is probably just about depleted at the 2 week mark. Time to get her some food! Not necessarily an npk feed, but something with a source of i iron. Most cal/mag bottled lines have iron in them. I grow organic and use epsom salt as an iron source.. Plants use iron to create chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is what gives the leaves their green color. It also helps with photosynthesis and plant metabolism.

Thanks for the advise man I am going to transplant today so what do you think about this? I will transplant the little fellow just before lights out on 18/6 cycle and after transplanted I will give the soil a good soak and in the water I will have Epsom salts added does this sound like the right way to go about it?

Transplant done went smoothly gave the medium a good soak of water with Epsom salts and put in tent when lights went out. I have one other question I am concerned about the humidity shooting up now as I have the 10l Air-Pot I just planted my seedling in soaked and I also need to feed my other plant which is 48 days from seed she is taking 2.5l of water and it is taking her 3 days to use up that water do you think I should reduce the amount of water I am giving my established plant and water more often to keep humidity under control or do you think it will be ok once airflow and extraction is good?

What is the humidity at now, and is the 48 day old plant in flowet? Transplanting and watering shouldn't disrupt the humidity levels too much. And yes, once air flow and extraction are set up, you will be able to control your humidity levels yourself. If it does, it will be a small, temporary increase. If the 48 day old plant is still vegging higher humidity won't matter as much.. If it's in flower, you'll want to keep the rh% in the space at around 50%.

It’s up around 58% with lights on and when the lights were off it was at 60%. The humidity does change quite abit after watering could it be because my tent is just 60x60x170? The humidity drops to 47-48% when the pot is nearly dry before watering and shoots back up after watering

I have 2 circulation fans one is 6 inch and the other 7 inch also I have just put a small computer fan in the middle blowing at the plant.

The other plant is an auto so well in flower at this stage as you can see. And in second picture the yellow square is where the little fan is so airflow is good.

Peaks of rh at 55%-60% is fine.. Even for the auto in flower. No worries there. Humidity, is the measurement of the amount of moisture present in the air... When you water a plant that lives in a closed off tent, you are adding moisture to that air. Thus the rise in ph.. As it dries, thats moisture leaving the air, and thus the drop in rh.

Great thanks man for the advice much appreciated it’s a load off my mind my gut was telling me it would be ok under 60% because the airflow is good and it doesn’t seem like warm wet air when I stick my head in the tent.

I am watering the auto in flower 2.5l every 3 days so you think that’s ok no need to cut that back as it gets into late flower? For 2 days after the watering at lights out it gets up just under 60% that’s fine you think seeing as it’s only lights out for 6 hours?
