Can i do this with trim as well? Maybe mixed with some popcorn buds? I just try to maximize on my small amount of plants that i grow.

I never grind my weed up it creates too much weed 'dust/fine powder' that get's into the hash.... I break the weed up by hand then freeze in the jar with some coins then shake it out... the freezing breaks off the trichromes easily then I'll use the weed for my oil or butter...

works best with buds that's where the most trichs are! ....try about 1/4 to 1/2 oz at a time you should get several grams at the least ...don't grind up the weed!

Hey Urban I haven't tried this I just found it and wanted to share it with members
Thats cool realcarlos im always open to suggestion or methods and was just curious. I caregive, i dont smoke. I was just wondering if i could produce extra off the trim to either generate a type of profit or in the least maybe open up someone to a different kind (and more beneficial to them) way to medicate. I just do what i can with what little space i have, if i can do a little bit more without them having to "get what they can find" when i cant produce something else of quality off of what i have onhand. I caregive for a couple of relatives, im not for reaping profits.

I wanted to try the dry ice method...went to the ice house they're out of business!...hard to find dry ice close by.... so I'll just freeze the weed, with some coins in the jar and shake it out.... works good that way too!

go to a welding supply shop for dry ice , ive done your "if i must" method as well as the dry ice method and the dry ice way works MUCH better and gives a way less green end product and a way better yeild return
not saying your way doesnt work , just your samples looked very green , as did mine when i used that method

I'll see if they have any ...called airgas and yes they do thanks! $2.48 a lb... 5 lb min...do you think the dry ice freezes the weed harder kinda like liquid nitrogen making it crumble putting more 'green' into the hash? I'm using a 110 screen it's all I have...as far a the 'green' in hash I feel it's alot less green then if I would have just smoked the weed ...dry ice hash tonight!
