Measured my run off EC and its low according to this table. I am growing in MP Compost /Soil.

My tap water measures 500 and after adding recommended nute dosage it is around 750. Runoff ES is 1250. I am over 6 weeks into the grow so should be measuring 1.5-1.6

So my question is should I be needing to adjust the EC of in input water higher and if so should I add cal mag to achieve the target range or more nutes or both?

The most important question you should ask or I can ask is "How do your plant(s) look". Most of the time the nutrient chart is set to "hot" and this can create issues which are more detrimental to your plants then underfeeding.
Give us a picture or two under normal lighting conditions and well be able to tell you if your plant(s) look healthy ;)

Thanks for the help. Here are a couple pics. I do have some of these marks on the lower leaves on the bigger plant. Wondering if that is mag deficiency

Hey dude. Can you make a picture of the underside of that leaf from picture 4? It looks to me that something has burrowed or laid eggs inside the leaf. Otherwise the plants look great! I step aside now and let the soil experts give you their advice about upping the dosage as the plants are definitely doing the stretchy thing ;)

The second two are from the smaller plant. There are a couple like that
