Hi All,

This is my first grow so am a real noob!

I am currently growing 4 plants under 480W of CFL lighting in a single wardrobe setup. I originally had 6 plants but 2 turned out to be males, so I obviously got rid of them... Apparently this strain is a "semi-auto". My 4 girls started flowering about 2 - 3 weeks ago, there are loads of little bud areas like the attached picture, I would just like to know when they will start swelling? It's in my diary for 19th August to harvest (Day 75) however that is just 3 weeks away and I doubt they will be ready by then?

If anyone could advise or who has experience in this strain I would be very grateful.

Thanks Duggy. Yeah they're really healthy, thriving in fact. They are on 18/6 light cycle and have been using bloom nutrients for the past 2 weeks.

I have changed the 300w CFL to a 250w HPS. Had some heat issues at first (31°c) which is a bit too high, added an extra fan and put high velocity fan to suck the heat out the room. Got the ambient temp down to a nice 28.5°c now.

How far away from the plants would you recommend the light should be? At the moment it's around 1 foot from the top of the plants. Is that right? I don't want to burn them!

12" is good... if the sides of the leaves curl upward it can indicate temps are too high and you can raise light where possible...

Another thing... Since they've been under HPS they seem to be drooping a little. They have had plenty of water. Is it just the transition to new lighting and will they get used to it?
