Indoor Right into the perpetual grow

What's going on guys, i have 2 plants in my tent about 2-4 weeks apart so what better time to get a perpetual grow going. I've done 2 small grows. First being under a 100w led. The second was 2 plants early vegged with the 100w led, then finished off with a 400w mh/hps ran at 50% (Had terrible airflow back then)

What i currently have going on:
3x3 tent -400w mh/hps
Recently got the 3x3, so i now have my old 36inx18in which i plan to veg in
Fox farm soil with perlite
Fox farm nutes
Plants: 3gallon smart pots
-Black Cream Auto -Sweet Seeds
-Moby Dick XXL Auto - Dinafem

Backstory- this grow started with 4 plants, another black cream and an auto trainwreck from sweet seeds. Had some shit going on irl and was paying little to no attention to the plants outside of watering them. I had an aphid take out one plant (thinking back i noticed the wilt leaves but didn't think anything of it at the time)
Saw him go into the second plant under the soil so just threw it out to play it safe. Luckily he was a male so that was the end of that.

I've learned almost everything I know about growing and autoflowers throughout forums and more specifically some of you guys. Felt it was time to get a journal going, continue my learning, and join the community.
Lets get into the fun part, and thanks to everyone who joins along!
Black Cream:

Think i planted the seed a little crooked, it was leaning hard so i have it tied to some metal piece with a pipe cleaner

Moby Dick XXL:

Unfortunately i don't have the exact start dates, if anyone has grown these strains before and could tune in on that i would appreciate it. Feel free to tell me anything i'm doing wrong or could change/improve. Just got a 3 pack of Mephisto Genetics autos. I have one germing at the moment and plan on planting them a few weeks apart.

I really want to get into training the next couple mephisto genetics i plan to throw in the tent. The moby dick got to a nice size, but its pretty much just that main cola. I read over and understand the idea and purpose behind LST but i have a few questions if you guys don't mind answering.
When do you start LST? Around the 2nd node or is that to early?
How long do you keep the plant tied down for?

There are many types of LST ... when I look at your pics I'd say that you would have benefitted most from super cropping ... this technique involves gently crushing the tallest stem between your fingers and carefully bending it about 90 degrees ... this is done in the space just below the top ... had you super cropped the plants in the photos your canopy would have been more even w/ a lot more tops ... I would start this at about 2 weeks or as soon as the main stem let's it be known that it wants to be the tallest ... 4-6 total super crops is about all that's needed to significantly affect the plants structure for the better ... The SODK and Fantasmo in my signature grow are both good examples of super cropped plants ...
