New Grower Rickeybobbys deep sea creature journey #2

This is the second time I have germinated and grown these deep sea creature auto seeds from full spec genetics. I’m in a 3x3 tent using 1 600w MH and HPS ballast set up I run my MH for 24 hours a day for the first week then switch to 18/6. I’ve always have had heat issues with my bulbs I currently only have 1 booster fan and no cooling hood or tubes. Now down to my notes

January 22,2018
4x deep sea creature (autoflower) dropped in good olé tapwater. @4:30pm
January 23,2018
2 of 4 sank by 3:30 pm placed all 4 in paper towel/ plate method after soaking for 23 hours.
January 24,2018
3 of 4 have started cracking open 1 of those 3 have started forming a rap root.
January 25, 2018
@3:50 pm all 4 have cracked and 3 our if 4 have taproots forming. Later that day 4 out of 4 either had exposed tap roots or the head of the plant starting to stick out. I went ahead and planted them after that. In my roots organic original soil pre watered with PH water at 6.3-6.5.

Day#1
2 out of 4 have sprouted or are about to have their leafs pop out of the casing. At this point I have them in my 3x3 tent under a 600w MH bulb for 24 hours everyday til I make the switch to 18/6. RH:15%

Day#3
Still have only 2 of 4 sprouted through the soil not seeing any new sign of growth from the one on the right besides some yellowing I haven’t seen any difference. The 1 on the left has broken out of its casing and has water leads and almost its first true set of leafs. RH:14% Temp:95.2* F

Hey brother

Welcome to The Forum! There are a lot of good people here and plenty of good advice to help you along your way. I guess you know you got to do something about that heat?

I used to grow with a couple 600 watt HID lights and I had to switch to LEDs to really get my temperatures down. Of course, the first course actual be a good extraction fan.

I can't say I've heard of those seeds before it might be interesting.

It’s one of the full spec genetics land trace bred strains very beautiful buds.
But I’m working on getting my heat fixed which will hopefully bring up my RH as well cuz with heat problems I’ve learned you get RH problems that follow extremely fast behind it because of the dry heat. I’m working on saving up so money to atleast get 1 440 cfm in-line fan to hopefully get me through. If not tax season comes a NEW led or cooling hood will be in my future.

Interesting line, I noticed they had some that take about 12 to 14 weeks to flower. 18 and 24 in tall that seems unusual after flowering that long.

I’m not sure how to post my other thread but I posted about my very first harvest they do take a while took me about 80 days 90 or so from seed.

Did my best was my very first indoor and auto grow so I was very happy. Only thing I got what I didn’t expect was the SUPER airy buds. Nothing is dense expect the very very tops but heat problems heat problems they are a C U Next Tuesday.

Janaury 30,2018
Day#4 For for 1 sprout. I think my other one may have gotten fried in my high heat. Moved my ladies to my garage where my heat has stableized at 73 degrees and my RH is stable at 21% no visible life yet from my other 2 but I decided to get impatient and dig around in there a bit and their growing. I may have planted them a bit to deep? Also just dropped 2 Ak47 Super autos in some water at 6:30pm. My heat as you can see was up to 105* F at a point so this is a big win for me today cheers guys.

Day [HASHTAG]#14[/HASHTAG] for my only surviving deep sea creature auto. Thinking about topping or fimming it. It’s starting it’s 4th node it seems on the very very tippy top. Also just popped 3 more planted one today hopefully the others will be ready by tomorrow to plant
