I won these seeds in the Chip Bag Competition we had last summer.... I checked out a thread that had some very nice shots of beautifully colored nugs... not a big fan of the name but the shit looked awesome in the pictures so here we go...

I grow my plant using truly living organic methods....

Container
  • Ruth's Tree Farm - 3 gal fabric pot (2) and 5 gal felt pot (1)
  • Coast of Maine Stonington soil
  • Soil additives -
    • Steinermema feltiae (beneficial nematodes)
    • Azomite
    • Cali Basalt Deposits
    • Cascade Minerals
    • Sea 90
    • Crab meal
    • Langbeinite
    • Peruvian Seagull guano
    • Mycorrhizal and bacteria crystals
    • Fish bone meal
    • Oyster shell flour
    • lobster compost
    • salmon/mussel/blueberry compost
    • activated biochar
Nutrition - 1:2 ratio every 3 days'ish
  • Boogie Brew compost tea (pre-natal to harvest)
  • Filtered water injected with magnesium sulfate
Supplements (in between nutrition as necessary, injected into filtered water at 5%/gal)
  • Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate) 1 to 2 tsp depending on age (constantly)
  • Brix mix consisting of...(1x week)
    • Sea 90 (trace minerals)
    • Molasses based Brix booster
I'm always fiddling with my soil and stuff so lets see how this tweaked soil recipe does for these three... the containers are combination in that the supersoil is on the bottom half and seedling mix is on the top half... So far this recipe is working well as a top dressing... crossa yo fingas...

I will subsequently post pictures via Tapatalk...

Thank you for your interest, Rhyce Saroni

I hope you can see three because my phone is messed up and it is hard to see the pictures

Garden note: Regarding my soil, the 'mix' is only on the bottom half of the containers and the top is a locally available organic seedling mix combined with lobster compost and mycorrhizal fungi/bacteria crystals... this is so they don't really hit the strong shit until they get older... When I recycle, it all gets mixed together with soil additives and compost tea and left to sit until I need it again... sweet

Garden note: It bears mentioning that I'm battling with fungus gnats at the moment... My tried and true solution is yellow sticky cards and beneficial nematodes... The sticky cards kill the adults and the beneficial nematodes eat the young... wipes them out in two weeks every time...

This should do it for the winter but if I bring in a new bag of compost, I'll treat it with beneficial nematodes as I believe this is how they come in...

Glad to see this Rhyce, I'm in a challenge with Elsam in January. I'm gonna follow along and see how these grow. Thanks for the show
