Grow Mediums Removing salt(?) residue from autopot trays/valve assemblies/reservoir tank

Hi, just wondering if any has a handy way of removing this whitish residue (is it salt deposits?) from the above, I've tried washing up liquid and usual kitchen cleaners to no avail

Hello kettle descaler as some of it is prob calcium deposit's as well as salt build up

White vinegar should also work to get it out if you let it soak for a bit.

I use a product called "awesome" that I get at family dollar. Scrub a little, and voila! white is gone. Just make sure to rinse really well.

We love that Awesome cleaner. We use it for our trucks to remove bugs, clean floor mats, all kinds of stuff.
