Hey all,

I have a photo Pineapple Express and Burmese Kush that were grown and vegged under floros for maybe 6 weeks or so, and I put them under the big lights the other night. I also have a Blue Widow in the same situation.

All 3 being under the big lights (1200w of HPS) the BW is fine, but the PE is totally wilted and the BuKu is semi wilted. It's gotta be light stress as the temps are steady around 76 when lights are on and their in hydro, so it's not a lack of water. Plus when the lights are off, the PE starts to come back to life and stiffen up the tips of the branches.

How long will it take to fully recover from this light stress? I've never experienced it before. I never even thought of it as a possibility.

Thanks!

Nice, thanks. The light's as high up as it'll go right now. Had to scrog these beasts to keep 'em at a level playing field and a good distance from the light. Each rail has a 600 over it, being probably a good 30+ inches away from the plant. If its still too close.... eh, we'll see how it fairs. I'll keep just the other light going for the next couple nights.

all perfect advice as usual TBM.... I like to start mine under HID (ATM its MH 440 watts) I keep em about 30 inches from the light and when they come up they accustome hem selves to it... horrbile english but hey... still :coffe:

I also run my UVB supplementals right from germ... so they get used to it immediatley....

I've never had a light stress issue... but sounds like its something to consider for future ops... thanks for sharing
