Hey everyone I bought Recharge when I was trying Mephisto Super Soil And Biotabs a long time ago . I saw it sitting there the other day and decided to add a little to my Mega Crop nutes. I feed some of my plants to see how they liked it. So I handwaterd a few different strains in my one tent last night. They are All in Coco. I noticed today that my 2 Sour Crack plants have some kind of burn on the leafs. The rest of the plants look fine. So this got me thinking back and I remember some Sour Cracks I tried with Super Soil and Biotabs reacted the same way and I used Recharge then too. Same weird brown burn in the middle of the leaf. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar reaction ever? Clearly it is effected the Sour Cracks. Nothing else has anything even remotely similar. Recharge is the only difference and I only used it once at less than 1/2 tsp per gal.

If you use recharge as indicated is hard to burn anything, I used heavily with no issue.

If you have some quality organic amendments I would take advantage of that and water with RO or declorinated water, using recharge once a week, or as much as you feel like... if you mix any mineral based nutrient you should always ph the water and check the EC, taking in consideration you have organic matter in the soil breaking down in time release.

In your case it was propably a over feet or a lockout, guessing with no deep info. But the recharge is unlikely.

Cheers good luck.

Sorry, but it was the recharge for sure on the Sour Cracks. I have grown hundreds of them. I check my pH and EC always. I have used it on other plants without any negative reaction. I did however mix it with Mega Crop when the burnt area showed on them when I posted this. I didn't think it would cause any negative effects mixed with Mega Crop, I didn't use a ton. I will go mix up a jug tomorrow morning with just RO water. I will water 4 Sour Stompers and take pics before and then 2 days later. I will only use 1x per week. Tuesday will be the day, so I will post pics here and show the results. Thanks for the response. What is the strength and frequency you use? Peace, slow.

I’ve been using it religiously on 2 grows now every water and it’s never burned mine that’s odd. I’m using that same dosage with megacrop as well.

It only happened to my Sour Cracks. No big deal, I will try it again and see on the next Sour Cracks. Maybe they were dried out just a tad too much and that can cause leaf issues. It didn't ruin them, just noticed a burn pattern. I was told by someone else to just water with Recharge and not to add it to the nutes. I will give that a try. When do you start using and are you mixing with MC? Peace, slow

I started recharge from the beginning both times weeks before the Mc & additives.

I got busy and finally did a minor watering with Recharge. I just used 1/2 tap and some RO water. Now for my own knowledge I checked the pH. It is rather high. However, I did not adjust it down. I did not want to run off. So I am just wait a few hours and then watering with my Base mixes. I was told not to pH the Recharge and to use it with just RO water. I watered 8 plants with Recharge. 4 on AN. 3 on MC and 1 on Maxibloom. If I see positive results, maybe I will try every few days? I will try 1x per week.

I’m using tap with a boogie blue garden filter. The ph is high but after nutes it’s been around 5.8 and I haven’t PHd up at all and watering with no run off. The only thing I can think of that might be helping with absorbing nutrients at such a low ph is the recharge microbes. I’m using it every water just for that reason. Into flower now and usually about the time issues start popping off for me but everything is looking well for now so I’ll be continuing the “if ain’t broke don’t fix it” strategy.

Looking good. So you are mixing with MC currently? I see a jump in growth from the 1 application. I am Leary of mixing it with nutes, but if you use it that often with MC, I see no I'll effects and plants are healthy looking. I was told to use it alone, but the pH being so off makes me not want to use it that way. I will add some to MC next watering and check the pH. If it is within normal range, I will give it a try mixed in with the MC. Are you adding it last or 1st? I use camp add it first usually. Peace, slow

Ya I was also iffy on mixing it with nutes myself but I see no difference when given with or without Actually it’s the last add in my mix.
