Harvest & Curing ready for harvest?????

i don't know what i am doing tbh!! first grow!
i dont know if my plant is ready to harvest or not!:Stones slap:
its a smokey bear automatic @10 weeks old... i flushed her about 1.5 weeks ago..
there are a few buds on my plant that still have white hairs on and others no white hairs.... would you harvest the ones with no hairs or wait ???
Also there are some bud leaves that have gone redish brown..??!!// is that normal?... there on the 1 bud (with no white hairs)

For someone who doesnt know what hes doing you seem to be doing very well.
In the new growers section theres a thread called 'when to harvest autos ? Your leaves will tell you' from what he says and looking at your plants Id say you are ready. Go have a read, it will explain all.
