The 3 in the back are Mephisto Double Grape. Front has 2 CBD and 1 freebie.

I don't think I've ever seen this much variance in same age plants.

It's looking like 2 or 3 will go on the outdoor balcony eventually.

9 days old.

What would you do?
Remove this runt too or wait until it gets crowded?

I tend to "wait and see", it takes a lot for me to throw out a plant. In my current grow I'm actually running six plants in a 2x4 in 3gallon pots, and I'm just going to let them fight it out. I tend to top all of my plants, but the two runts I have going I probably won't top, so that they'll have a narrower footprint and a better chance at competing for height, while the happier/healthier plants will have a little more room to fill out. This grow is all about collecting samples, so for me even a small sample is better than none.

With mine, the two on the right were started about 5 days after the others (when 2 of the original 6 did not pop). So the actual runts of the group are the (L-R) the third in the back row, and the second in the front row. There are four breeders in this group, all different strains. As a side note, the smallest in this group came from the smallest seed in that packet, and this is the second time I've noticed a really small seed making a really small plant. Still anecdotal, but starting to build evidence of a correlation.

I'd let her go and see whether she pulls up her skirts. However, if I had lots of seeds, I'd start another plant as a potential replacement if she really stalls on you.

Good luck with it. :pighug:
