New Grower Quick question regarding profile picture.

I uploaded a few pics to my profile and created an album. A few days ago I selected a picture for my profile pic. If I go to my profile the pic shows unde my name but if I post i still have gray silhouette. Is there an approval process or certain number of post you need before it pops? I searched the FAQ and found how to do it but nothing regarding when/how it works. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

you have to go to edit avatar. the picture you see on your posts is called an avatar. your profile pic is the picture you see while on your profile. 2 different pictures
