New Grower quick Germ question

so I said a small prayer to the weed gods then germinated my seeds its been less then 24 hours and 4 out of 4 of the seeds cracked question is should I let them germ for a bit longer or throw them in soil now these are WW xxl and GSC ( tap root is just barley sticking out but its there and seed is cracked ) link to grow in sig

ty for quick response first real grow here and I'm nervous as hell of screwing anything up I'm running 2 300wat Cob led should I run them at 50% for awhile? and was planning on 18/6 should I start that now?
help is appreciated

Hey man sorry about the delay this time, been hectic at my place recently.
I'm not an led guy but I would imagine 1 light at 50 percent would be good. No sense in blasting it with both lights until its got some size to it. 18/6 is a common light schedule. I usually run 20/4 or 18/6 for photoperiod veg and autoflowers. You can certainly start lighting it now but it won't be doing anything 'til light hits the leaves once they're above the soil.
