Question to soil/promix growers

Howdy All.
I grow Autos in 2L soda bottles & 1gl tall pots. The 1gls I always get over an ounce. The 2L soda bottles I've had as high as 34gr and as low as 7g. My grow environment sucks. I live in the desert, in an un airconditioned garage, and can only grow fall to spring. Summer is triple digits & too f'n hot. Not to mention humidity is in the teens.
Overall I am happy with what I product in this harsh environment.

I have some photo seeds. Blue fire from humbolt. I was thinking about trying photos in fall, but the 16-18 week grow time is damn near my whole grow window. I was a reading a review on growdiaries where the dude took 18 weeks to get 2.6oz from a plant. I though well hell, you guys here are killing that with autos in 2/3 the time.

So my question is to soil & promix grower using 2 or 3 gal pots, and have more than 10 successful harvests. What are you averaging per yield, and what is your average time seed to harvest?

I havent had 10+ harvests under my belt but even stunting my first auto severely, only 12in tall i still got 18 grams in 60 days and thats harvesting like 3 weeks early intentionally to clear up space. So only getting 2g off a 18week plant almost seems harder to achieve.. Lol I can tell you that every strain is different and your not going to get a good straight answer because there isnt really one. All depends on strain, breeder, health of the plant etc. Some breeders state 8-9 week seed to harvest and from what seen so far they end up falling in the 70-75 day range. Some breeders state 8 week flowering and those end up being around a 90-100 day strain seed to harvest. Just examples and estimates of course. Best thing to do is research some strains you like and ask if anyone has grown them and how long it took them to harvest. But once again it all depends on the health of the plant as well. Autos are not forgiving. If you make a mistake or something goes wrong it can stunt the plant and your yield can be affected dramatically. You could also grow a photo thats 8 week flower time, veg for 4-6 weeks and your just over 90 days seed to harvest. All depends on your situation and what your preference is!

Hahaa that sounds better. Ive seen many people on here achieve better than 2.6oz just off one auto in 75 days. Its all in the strain and skills my friend!

I'm a biobizz light mix grower, in 2-3 ltr airpots, under 12/12....avg 1.5-2+ oz per plant....bout 70+ days. It's in keeping dli/ppfd in spec for optimal growth per stage in relation to schedule running.

Organic soil in 5 gallon containers. I got over 120g from each of the last 2 autos.

260g+ from my last photo.

My average harvest the last few have been between 4 and 6 ounces, with a seed to harvest time of 74 days on a 18-6 light schedule in a 5gallon airpot. My first few harvests were rather meager, but each one got better and better as my skills progressed and the quality of the seeds also improved!
