Indoor question on cfl

knowing this will be my first grow and all I don't have that much moolah to be throwing around right now.

but could someone answer me this, I wanted to get a 125w 65k cfl for the vegging cause it's cheaper and then I wanted to get a 250w 27k cfl for flowering?

would this suffice?

Yes and no. Its a tricky answer for a simple dilema. What size space will u be using? What strains? And what growing style will u be using?
