I have a feminized auto that produced many seeds. How does that happen? I get the male and female pollination process but none of the surrounding plants were affected. Does the plant have to be pollinated to produce seeds?

Thanks,

Apparently Not

:coffee2:

Okay, a few questions, are all the plants in the same room? Only one is producing seeds?

Strangest thing I have heard in a while.

it just seems odd to me, must be a fluke

Maybe other's have heard of this? Let's see if we can get folks to comment.

Yes, there has to be pollen to get seeds. Did you notice any male flowers on that plant? It's possible it's a hermaphrodite, a plant that produces both male and female flowers. Another possibility is that some pollen was drawn in from outdoors or brought in on your clothing. However in a case like that I would expect to see seeds on all your plants. Was it a lot of seeds or just a few?

If it was just one plant that grew seeds I would say it was a herm.

It is strange. I am growing 12 feminized plants. I harvested a "taste" of my BlueMatic ( 10 days ago) and the small bud I clipped had a very swollen seed sack and sure enough a hard but green seed popped. I harvested the whole plant today and found 6 more seeds. These seeds were brown and looked great. I didn't notice any male flowers on the plants but I guess there must have been, right? Now, will those seeds be producers? Do seeds have to ripen? Will the pot be good? I guess getting seeds from an auto is a bonus, time will tell.
Thanks,
Parker
