Quantum board question?????

Hi AFN I really need some insight on my qb's I bought a kit off Alibaba cause of the price well it's a 240 kit with a HLG-240-48b 2 288s an heatsink on 3000k with lm301b in SK flux and AZ voltage bin. Well I finally got it and I hooked a lcd volt meter to it well I turned it all the way up and at full power it's 45 volts and 229 watts at 5 amps the boards are wired 16 series and 18 parrallell is 45 volts right I asked them after I saw it was 45 volts and they said it was 48 volt board anybody think I got screwed over or is that right ??

I've heard of ppl getting different readings from those things though I just bought the hlg 550s I'm not technically inclined to give more insight.

I have the same setup on the way to me and needless to say have done quite a bit of reading since I'm just returning to growing after a long break (nearly 10 years). I could be remembering wrong but seems like I ran across someone talking about the potentiometer could throw numbers off some. But I'm thinking those numbers sound pretty close to what I would expect. I should be getting my setup Thurs. the 6th and I'll let ya know what kinda numbers I get from mine.
