Purple Haze Auto from Original Sensible seeds

I would just like to get an idea of average overall height indoors and length of time it spends in veg and an average of how long it takes to finish up once it does start to flower, pictures would be great if you have any. Any comments regarding this strain would be helpful as this is my first autoflower run. Thanks!

Breeder site states 70 to 75 days. In my experience always plan on 90 days with any auto, some are less, some are more. As far as size, too many factors affect size to do more than guess, somewhere between 2 and 5 foot would be my guess and it'll be finished when you decide it's finished according to how you want your trichomes looking. Best advise I can give is relax and enjoy the learning process. Start a grow thread so we can all enjoy it.

Thanks for the welcome, I appreciate it. I do have one of these going right now and she has already been vegging for 5 weeks from the day she popped soil. running the lights 18/6 from day 1. She is just starting to preflower and doing a bit of stretch. It looks like she is going to have a nice uniform growth pattern, with a bit of distance between the nodes, side branches are catching up to the top. the genetics seem pretty good so far. I am expecting this one to take a bit longer with the haze genetics in her. Like I had mentioned, this is my first time with autos, I have only grown photos in the past. I do like not having to worry so much about light leaks and the 12/12 the dark cycles etc.

With autos in general, should I take the seedling stage into consideration when I use the 75 days breeders estimate as a guide.? I do understand that all strains, be it photos or autos do generally end up running longer than breeders specs. Maybe start to keep an eye on trichs at 75 days?

I take it from first single true leaves to the end. Check the trichs whenver you feel your getting close, you've done photos so you know the drill.

That is why I decided to try some autos, it is less stressful as far as the light schedules and not to mention the nice selections of auto strains that are available now.

Been running em since 2020 when I retired and average 5 or 6 crops of 4 to 6 plants a year.

I grew up growing strictly outdoors, mainly landrace sativa strains back in the mid 80's and over the past decade I switched to indoors and only grow 1-2 plants at a time. Just don't have the room for the big trees anymore. It kind of makes me sad to think those days are gone though.

Yeah, but truthfully I don't miss the hassle of outdoor grows.
