When i germinated my seeds i chucked my autoflowering and photoperiod in together, during sprouting i repotted the plant i thought was auto into a 3gal. Unfortunately, i repotted the wrong plant, leaving my auto in a 6inch pot.

What kind of problems is this causing? Is it going to have a big impact?

I can't really repot now, on day 26 of flowering, stress, stunted growth both issues.

You are in all likelihood going to see some stunting or at least reduced size and yield. Not sure how much money you have nor do I know your pot situation. My recommendation is this though. aquire another 3-5 gallon pot. Cut the bottom out of the small container and then tier that into the larger one. There are some growers that use smaller pots though Jo ypu might read Full Duplex's guide first and see if his methods are feasible for you. Best of luck.

I quite like that idea, i'm not sure how much of an effect it would have?. Gonna have a look at Full Duplex's guide now, thanks :)

+rep on that tier suggestion. Like TBM said, the best advice for this situation, I think.

The effect would show as the plant grows. Your root system just wouldn't be as large. Nor would the plant. Just pulled two plants for various reasons. One was approximately 6" while the other was about 9. Both plants root system was qhite large all things considered. The tap root on both had hit the bottom of a 3 gallon grow bag. If you just remove the bottom and not well in too deep you'll essentially be using a 4 gallon. Were most interested in hearing the results.
