Indoor Problem with plant

I got this lake autoflower cobra that has been through a great deal of issues. She has nute burn, some nute lockout, under watered... she is still living and growing taller but i do not see any buds on her. She is my oldest plant at almost 60 days. I dont see any buds present while i got others full of buds. Should i just let her keep growing or get rid of her to open up more grow space. Or do you think she is just severely stunted and will take a lot longer to grow?

if you can, put that plant on a 12/12 light cycle it will bud then

Has it shown sex? Sounds like it didn't autoflower and will need 12/12 to flower. Thats my 1st thought any who.

Yes she is def a female ill get her under some 12 hour light then when i clear some room
