OK so I pulled the 2 males and I have them in front of the slider door but there is 0 direct sun light in any of the windows at the apartment including the slider door but I figured what light/lumens it does get this would be the best bet.

I've gave it no food or anything just water. Everything on the VERY top is looking like shit and basiclly drying up even though the soil is wet (water once a week with ph'ed water ((6-6.5)) and the pollen sacks are all wilting up and it just looks like this dieing or i should bother....here are a couple pics

Are your windows fairly new? Some newer windows have a coating on them that filters out UV. I was going to keep some males by the window too but they ended up looking kinda like yours'. They turned around once i put them back under some decent lights.

Not sure that is going to help you, but it's what came to mind.

Thanks bailer...I kinda pinched the top to see how dry the was and a bunch a stuff broke off should i stuff it in a garbage bag and put it in the room with the rest of the ladies or toss them and try again next time.
