Fast Buds Problem with checkout?

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.. I haven't received any replies back from the team at FastBuds so I thought I'd try here.

I've tried using the checkout now twice and both times my card's declined, I called my bank and asked if any transactions were blocked and they said there were not any attempts on my card at all. So I'm wondering if your payment gate is broken at the moment or you're not taking any direct orders?

Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm really interested in your beans Fastbuds!
