Problem locking in soil

Hello, dear breeders.

First of all, I'm using the answer because I don't speak your language.
I'm just following the form and my first development is lemon auto in 6 flowering processes.My soil has hardened for a reason I don't understand, and it can't make food enough.I'm airing out your upper part by hand, but it's not enough.I'm in Turkey, and the friends at the Turkish cannabis growing forums we follow give very capricious and saring answers.But the people here are more respectable and human, so I think you can help me...

If your soil is getting hard, then you need to keep it moist/wet. Soil should never dry out

Do you have any perlite in your soil? If not for next grow you should add some

Not sure I understand completely, but red worms will keep the topsoil aerated, if compaction is the problem.
