Premature Yellowing?

Problem: Fan leaves are starting to yellow out before the buds have really developed. I’m used to fading, but not at this stage. The buds underneath are still bright green. This is a 10-12 week auto on Day 63 of life.

Medium/grow method: Amended coco (33% perlite/Coco Loco/Royal Gold Mendo)

Feed: and supplements used: Fed twice with worm tea (castings, seabird guano, molasses, kelp meal, molasses)


water source: Municipal - aerated for 72 hours

Strain/age: Orange Sherbet (FB)/Day 63

light used: SpiderFarmer sf-1000

Climate: 83F/43% RH

I've got most of my autos looking like that but they were all pollinated to create seeds.
in my case, making seeds must suck the nutrients out of the plant.

I don't see how yours will recover as far as they are gone. Those look bad.

They are screaming for nitrogen. I suspect they need full on balanced nutrition. If you are trying to stay organic look up using urine. It is fast acting.

I have fish fertilizer on hand

I use that on my outdoor grow. Especially when doing yard work.

I have fish fertilizer on hand

Does it smell fishy? I would be afraid to use it too late in flower. I tried aquaponics once and the weed tasted like pond fish smell .

You cannot use it strait it will burn the plants. I don't remember the dilution rate. I will go look it up. 10:1 water:urine for an established plant 20:1 for young plants.

I went with a 10:1 water:urine ratio after thinking twice about the fish myself lol. I’ll take my medicine on this and try to apply lessons learned in the future. Thanks for the help!

Never hurt my plants but they are planted in raised beds. I use fresh goose crap also. Pounds of it I shovel out of my grass from 40 Canadian Geese. Plants are huge. Started with five photo plants and had to cut three down the plants have grown so big. Along with 100 pounds of fresh nightcrawler castings. All the coffee grounds I've had since March get dumped around the plants. 7 big wheelbarrows of decomposed wood chips from grinding up a big birch tree stump. The wood chips likely offset any excess nitrogen.
