Live Stoners pot size vs plant size

hey there afn I'm trying to see if other people have got similar results. So I have grown 21 or 22 different strain over the last year and out of the 22 or so strains only 2 were put in a 3 gallon bucket( not a 3 gallon grow pot) and they were not as big as the ones in 1gal Hawaiian punch bottles, I have noticed that I get the same size plant either way. Now I took this a step farther with 2 M.B.A.P and one went into a 1 gal Hawaiian punch bottle and one in a 2 liter dr.peper bottle and they are identical in size and branches. Its to bad that they are not the same pheno type so I cant do a dry weight comparison, then I could get a good comparison between them. Anyone notice this and if anyone no of a strain that doesn't have pheno variation or very minimal variation. thanks for your time fellow afn members Fitzy

Most of my growing when in soil was 5 gallon smart pots and when I changed from 3 gallon to the 5 gallon, I felt my overall yields were larger in 5 gallon and that still remains my favorite size, though I changed back to 3 gallon because I am in coco and wanted to introduce more water/nutes. I have some 2 gallon as well.

I'm aswell in coco and I have not done 5 gallon pots inside but up to 3 gallon I'm looking to keep them smaller overall and put more in there but not looking good for me I would like to stunt height and still get 2.5oz per plant or better but no luck. I have only ran a few that were naturally smaller but the majority were large autos. did you notice certian strains didn't yield much more in a larger pot or was there a decent difference thanks for your time man much appreciated

size or yield ?
most breeders will tell you there are 2,3,4,5 phenos.some very subtle,some day and night,or green and purple indica/sativa.
i have had plants the same height in 250/500ml,1L,3L and 6L pots.

Unfortunately I didn't save any of my calendars except for the last year or two. I'll have to review those at some point.

Last grow I used a 7 gal. Pot. Used 4 gals. OF Soiless and 3 gals. OF Fox Farm Oceans. I did no LST or anything else to the plant. I used 5 3500k Cob Shop Cobs, I know little over kill. But I got 8.35 oz. It was the Carmelisisous Strain. Getting ready to start a Jack Herrer in a 7 gal. Smart Pot
