So I've been reading a bunch online about using elastomeric paint for the inside of my grow box. I couldn't find any of the 1 gallon Kool Seal White Elastomeric Roof Coating anywhere local, i was being cheap :crying:and didn't want to go spend $38 and have it shipped to me from amazon..anyways...during my adventures someone on a thread said they used lowes generic elastomeric paint and it worked fine, i had gift card, was in the area so i bought it. Called jack black elastomeric paint. Just wanted some feedback from some people on here on what they think is the best course of action, return it and just go flat white? or will this work fine on my box?

Now before i get killed, i understand its a crack and repair paint gallon here folks..just wanted to know if it will work
I guess i worry about the wood being able to breathe, but the fact that its waterproof and mildew resistant is hard to pass up..

I wouldn't use roofing paint because it might contain ingredients haremful to plants.Any bright white flat indoor paint will work fine.
