Have you top dressed it with any dry amendments or given it extra nutrients?

Plucking off effected leaves will cause the issues to spread faster.. That looks to be the start of a calcium issue. If organic growing is going to be your path, you must learn what these nutrients are and how they work. Based on what your feeding has been, I would lean towards a nutrient lock out due to over feeding.. I found the instructions for both products on line. They both say to add 2 tablespoons per 6in in diameter of the pot. Most 3 gal pots are about 9in in diameter. So that would be about 3 tablespoons total for your 1st top dress (which you only needed to use one product of at week three.. If any at all).. So to start.. You added 1 tbs too much.. And you mixed the two products together, raising the P to 6...
The instructions say to top dress ever 2 months.. You top dressed again, yesterday, two weeks later, adding another 4 tbs of both products.

Too much of one nutrient can lock out several others and make them unavailable to the plant. That's what I am thinking has happened here. Not only have you used too much Dr earth to top dress, you've added it way to often per the directions. Not to mention the nutrients that were still in the soil at week 3 when you 1st top dressed.

The issue with over feeding is that there isn't much you can do about it. You can try to flush the soil until the ppms are down to a reasonable level. But once you put something into the soil, it's not easy to get it out.. That's why I've been advising you to wait until the plant needed feeding. It's better to feed it when it's hungry, then to over feed it when it's not hungry.

Well if its calcium deficiency, would you suggest I top dress gypsum? Doesn't that have calcium?
