I also ph water at about 6-6.5

We will need info on your feed/waterinf schedule.. How often, etc.. How long have you been feeding that dosage, are you watering till run off, etc..

In general, growing autos in small containers will always be a challenge. The roots can fill the pot pretty quickly and use up all of the food available in the soil. A plant in a one gallon pot should be getting watered/fed almost daily (depending on it's growth rate).. It looks a tad under fed right now, but that could also be caused by an improper water schedule. You can't let the soil dry out in small containers like you can in a 3 or 5 gal pot.

This is the 2nd week at that dose it is in a fabric pot and I water about every 3 days going off weight. I may be under watering because gun shy about over watering. I did have a problem about 10 days ago with it going dry because I was out of town and it seemed to recover quickly. This may be some of that issue still. The first picture is right after I returned and the other pictures are after that a few days apart.
