Seed Bank Pick n' Mix Seeds- Has this happened to anyone?

Hello, in the previous week i made an order from Pick n' Mix Seeds. I had ordered 10 Think Different autoflower seeds. Finally, they came today and i discovered that they had sent me only 7 seeds out of the 10 that i was supposed to get. Has this happened to anyone in the past?

I sent them an e-mail, i am awaiting answer. I have ordered 3 more times from them in the past, nothing like this had happened. And orders had a tracking number. Now most of them don't have (according to them). I asked them why this happened and they told me it was due to security reasons. Strange things...

And something else, i wasn't there when the package arrived. The previous times that my order had arrived and i was not there, i would get a notice to come by the post office to get the package. This time it was at the entrance of my building along with envelopes of other tenants.

Is it logical to assume that someone else signed instead of me to get the package and see its contents? It did not seem open, but i assume it would not be difficult to make it look like this.

yes but it never works,i try it fist thing thing today,but did till me much,then got home beans was in me letter box and no one singed for it,i get this most times,with item bro, Kudo

Sometimes seeds banks send things in ways that you don't have to sign for them. I've had that a couple of times. Did you hear from them?

i have ordered from pick and mix a few times and i haven't signed for any of my packages

Dutch Passion packs 7 or 3 beans, so you could only order 10 by buying separate seeds or 7+3 in two packs.
You should check again your order details and amount of cash paid.

I doubt someone stole them.

Hey guys, pick n mix seeds replied to me today, news are very good! This is what they sent me:

"Apologies for the mistake, most other Dutch Passion strains come in packs of 7 and it appears there has been a little confusion with the person who packed your order.

We'll have the missing 3 seeds shipped later today and we'll include a few extras to apologise for the inconvenience.

So, it seems that they will send me the 3 missing seeds and some extras which i am curious to find out what they are! Very quick reply on their behalf and very good attitude towards their customers! I will let you know if they sent the remaining seeds and the extras they talked about!
