What's up AFN!

I ran out of auto seeds and decided to try some freebie photosensitive varieties.

I chose Purple Haze and Cheese by G13 Labs.

At first, I thought they could grow alongside my then current autos, which were already flowering... dead wrong! These seeds took off so fast that I've had to move the autos and let the photos fulfill their ambitious potential.

So here's my first photosensitive grow, and my first scrog.

Quick overview:
- 2.5' x 2' x 7' Gorilla Grow Tent
- Mars II 700 led (300+ watt)
- 2-4 CFL's for extra light/heat
- 400 CFM fan/filter exhaust
- 7 gallon Smart Pots
- 70% Perlite 30% Cocoloco soil mix

I let them veg for 40 days. They're now 1 week into flowering.

I've attached pictures that are *hopefully* in order from seedlings to today.

Day 7 of flowering

Plants are still stretching, but they're easy to weave into the scrog net. Using a few binder rings to hold the stubborn branches.

At what point should I stop bending them into the net? Seems like they'll eventually need to grow straight up to house good buds. Also, am I right to be tucking leaves to expose all the baby tops?

Here's two of the same picture, one has been edited to show all the visible tops above the screen.

Nice full screen, Doctor :)

Anytime you want. Maybe a week.

Hey Dr. Frog

Nice looking plants in a cool set up.

Hope these gals florish for you.

Question:

What is this mystery "dew" on my plants? Seems like at least once per visit to my tent I find some weird moisture on a random leaf or two. Smells and looks like water. I've never foliar fed them, and it hasn't been humid at all in there. Can plants transpire so much that it collects like this?

Yeah, condensation, Dr. I get them with my photo tent. Moisture sometimes builds up on the tent roof, and a drop on two let loose. Is your grow humidity high?

Condensation.
Figured. Just strange as sometimes my hygrometer says it's as low as 45%, yet there will be some wet leaves. Makes sense now that I think about how much water they drink up. :P

I'm keeping the humidity lower for flowering. It fluctuates around 45-60%. Still pretty crazy considering how well-ventilated the space is.
