Ok I just ordered this digi ph tester dont know if its any good but a friend needed some things from the seller so I decided to get it. Now its says it uses 3 buffer powders to calibrate the tester..my question is after I do this calibration how long does it stay calibrated? Will I need to buy more powder to calibrate it? or can I keep the water mixed powder to recalibrate it when I need to? If so how long will it last? I know you guys/gals prob dont have this product but sure some of you use buffer powders....I usually use test strips so I noobin it here..would like to know if I need to order more powder to have on hand in case etc as I havent received it as yet...cant buy any of that stuff here...Thnx.

sounds like a good one... its liquid not powder for ph buffering the meter... yes eventaully you will... i calibrate mine 1 x a month... that may require more or less or about the same... depends on the quality of the components... looks like a nice one for the price... thats for sure

always a good idea to have calibration solution on hand... i've only used about 10-15 % of mine in the year or aso since ive had this one...

cheers!

Ok thnx what comes with this one is powder..idk what I should get more powder or the liquid prob liq is maybe cheaper easier to use dont know but Ill be looking now to get some to have on hand whenever the prob arises to recal.. they also sell the same ph'r but with replaceable electrode for 10 bucks more I seen it after I ordered..

oh shit... replaceable electrode is better... that way cheaper repair / replacement when it finally fails... (and it will eventually)
cheers mate! good to see you back in the mix... :smokebuds:
