Really? The blue lab solution for a bottle is $8....
Im on my first one and have had my blue labs pen for 3 years
Couple drops to keep the probe wet is all you need. You can always use water in a solo cup, better that letting the probes dry out completely but you'll likely have to calibrate more often, spending more money on calibration fluids in the long run lol. Just my two cents anyways.
Thats a good deal on that solution. Everywhere ive looked is 15 min. But if you only need a few drops thats awesome. Just enough to keep that sponge wet right?
Exactly! That's all you'll need. Just get an eye dropper and add a couple drops every time you use it. Key is keeping that probe wet at all times! Don't let it dry!
Thanks for rep, also I have a hm digital ph 200 and the storage solution for it was 10$ for a 60cc bottle I have had the solution for over a year and it's not even half gone it lasts a good while.
I store my Milwakee PH pen in regular water. I calibrate every 6-8 weeks. I buy the calibration solution packets on ebay for about $1.75 (USD) each and buy about 10 at a time...
