Panic attacks paranoia and deperssing thoughts

i love smoking weed but some times when I smoke alone I get sudden panic attacks followed by paranoid and depressing thoughts my mind just races thinking about dumb shit over thinking stuff I have done in the past
is there any strains that don't cause this
I am fine when social smoking or having a few joints with the other half its got to the point where I carnt come home from work skin up and chill with some music or a movie

What strain are you smoking and is it a sativa or indica?

White Castle is good at helping with anxiety and depression. It also is a great pain killer.

They are not autos though and tend to get a bit tall indoors

Also a bit hard to snag as when the breeder lists them they tend to get sold out fairly fast

From my experience, I think you need to stay to Indica strains. Sativa's give me the exact symptoms you describe.

it's a horrible feeling isn't it I usually smoke hash when I am alone

Got a few indica strains on my wish list would it have to be a pure indica strain

It's not a sales gimmick, I have grown it for my own use and am currently watching their site to snag more seeds, it works very well.

What I ment was other strains that say they help with paranoia and anxiety not the one you recommended mate would love to try White Castle out but I have limited space and a basic set up
