it could be a LOT of different things. Usually over-watering will make them rot at the base of the stem some, I've had happen. Roots will rot. They look thirsty to me. I've had a tomato plant droop like that when i forgot to water it, or didnt water it enough for it's growth. (I don't forget my girls:p)
What's your feed schedule look like? telling us what you put in the soil/sprayed on her would help a lot, maybe we could figure it out.

Never gave any nuts just ph water and im preety sure i overwatered them by giving 500 ml 3 consecutive days

And im using atami kilo mix soil, as its rich in nutrients i didnt give any fertilizers yet as i was about to Feed them in the beggining of week 3

How close are your lights? Mine be light stress?

looked up the soil, wasnt familiar with it. did notice at the sellers page for it, it said not suitable for seeds or cuttings.. just something to think about, maybe research more.
yeah, thats WAY too much water, 3 days in a row. They shouldnt need to drink daily yet, and not that much at all. for a pot/plant that size, I usually give them about 3-5 of my measure cups a water ( a peanut butter container i molded. holds about 10-14 oz of water. I've never measured)
once the water starts to come out the bottom, they've had enough. let it dry out between waterings. a good portion of the weight, enough to surprise you when you lift the pot (20-30%? im not exactly sure of ratios, I just work by instinct on the pots)
they should be fine, as long as you chill on the water.

So what do you recommend to do ?
They are in 25L pots

there's not much you CAN do, for over-watering. don't water at all until the pots start to lighten up. You want the roots to be able to dry out some. Don' let it get to the point where your soil is pulling away from the edge. But you do want a good portion of that weight to be drank by the plants. it's going to take time for them to do that. do not lower the light, or keep it on longer. youre not going to cook out the water. the plants have just got to drink it, and pray. keep a very close eye for signs of root rot, or rot at the base of the stem, from being too wet for too long. If you have a fan you can turn it on them and point it down towards the soil some, to help dry it out, and sift around the top of the pot, so new damp soil keeps getting air.
